[ PT ] O Programa Licenciar tem como base a promoção de uma sólida formação do educador, que articule amplo domínio de conhecimentos compatíveis com os avanços científico-tecnológicos, consciência crítico-social e capacidade de intervir na realidade, como identidade comum aos Cursos de Licenciatura do IFMA.
Os símbolos que compõem a marca são essencialmente múltiplas formas de assinaturas, refletindo um paralelo intrigante com a jornada de formação de um professor de licenciatura. Desde a validação do diploma que marca o fim de uma etapa e o início de outra, até as escritas de artigos e trabalhos que refletem o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo, a assinatura se torna um elemento constante. Ela culmina na representação do momento em que um docente se torna autorizado a educar outro cidadão, capacitado a guiar pelo caminho do conhecimento.
